The best fruits to eat if you want to lose weight (I'm assuming that is your goal) are apples, grapefruit, and pears.
Pineapples are high in sugar and calories.

I think you're right. Fruits are high in carbohydrates and should not be substituted for dietary purposes. Wanna lose a few pounds, try a vegetable diet. Although, if you're not a big fan on vegetable, apples aren't very high in sugar. Try a protein diet such as fish, nuts and eggs. Wanna have meat in your diet too? (i know i do) Eat turkey, its only 10 calories per slice. Even beef is very high in protein. Hope that helps, Good luck!

yes, when consumed in moderation. it's also always better to eat the whole fruit than the juice of a fruit.
the majority of the carbohydrates should be consumed in the first 2 meals of the day when the level of activity is at it's highest. at night at diner and any later meals carbs should be vegetable based

natural sugar is better for you than processed. but in moderation. Read labels, buy the one lowest in sugars and salt. Juice can be high in carbohydrate tho so factor that into your diet and you should be fine.

Most fruit and veg are good for diets, but you must watch how much you eat. Oj is good, as long as it is quite fresh, as it will have more nutrients. Apples are very good for you!

I've heard that the acids in pineapple help you lose weight...
Even if it's not as good as other fruits, it tastes great!
