any food that is all natural is healthy. you never have to question if all natural foods are healthy. if you are not allergic to them the only issue becomes when they are consumed and in what quantity.

My favorites are Carrots, High in fiber and heavy in the belly... and Black Bean soup, high in protien so you fill up and have energy:) Both have little calories. Black bean soup has less mixed with tomato soup.

brown rice, brown bread, oatmeal, boiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, cereal, fat free pudding and the list goes on and on
