all you need to do is increase your daily water intake to offset a high sodium intake. decreasing the processed food intake would be the only other thing neccessary.

Drinking water and reducing salt intake will remove the excess salt from the body, but you'll never get rid of it all (not that you want to unless you want to die).

Several things but why would you want to do this? This could be dangerous. You need salt in your body.
