In my opiniom Nutrisystem is the easiest. You learn portion control, the importance of small snacks through the day. The foodr is really easy to prepare and when you know what you like, you will love your meals. My husband and I started 8 week ago and I've losst 28 pounds, and my husband has lost about the same. We are never hungy. The cost is about the same as you spend on groceries anyway, and no membership fees. it has been completely effortless weightloss! You feel better too, very quickly. Just eat healthy, dude if you do that and do exercise you'll lose weight fast and cheap.
A nice sport I practice is Parkour, within days I was slim again, now I have to eat to gain some weight xD

Start with small steps, like try and do some sort of physical exercise every other day or so. Eventually, you will get the hang of it, and maybe love it:)
It could be anything (i.e softball, swimming, running, walking, bowling) Just try and get moving.
Also, you could try eliminating one bad thing you eat/drink from your diet every other week.
You will start seeing some progress, I promise!

eat 5-6 meals a day in small portions all healthy of course with snacks inbetween. pleanty of water and exercise.
larger meals will expand your stomach which will leave you hungry with a bigger stomach to fill for the next meal.
and lots of fast food and chocolate if you want to gain it all back :)
