keeping the body fat to average levels or below is far more important than the total bodyweight. keeping the body fat under control prevents metabolic disorders and reduces the risk of various forms of cancers.

it depends on your height not on your age i would guess thats the healthy weight of a taller guy w/ muscle.. otherwise it sounds kinda on the overweight side ! am i wrongg ??
