Jog at least 15 minutes per work day (before your morning shower/bath).
Snack on crackers (Keebler Club crackers are a great choice) but eat no lunch/breakfast on work days
Keep a 2-Liter bottle of water with you at all times and refill often.
Jog 30 minutes per weekend day.
Cut back to 1200 calories (if you can).
Try a little weight lifting to build and tone muscle.
Good luck.

Do you do the same form of exercise every time you work out? Try some other stuff. If you don't already, try to do some aerobics, along with some weight training. That's usually what got me out of my plateaus. Drink more water. Try to even cut out some grilled chicken and replace it with fish. And when you lose weight by eating very little, it gets harder and harder to lose weight because your body becomes used to the decrease in calorie intake. So you'll probably have to be a huge hardass about getting only 1000 calories a day or so, just make sure you can do this and not be hungry during the day. There's no need to starve yourself. Good luck!!

I find it hard to believe (without other medical problems) that you would plateau at that weight......After my 2nd child (I know have 5!!) I lost lots of weight. I walked all the time with or without kids, at least 2 to 4 miles a day. Make sure you drink a LOT of water, the more the better. Don't get discouraged. The weight WILL come off, and I wouldn't worry as much about the calories, but the saturated fat, protein, fiber, etc. Calories are pretty easily burned off. Lastly, don't eat late....like after 7 at night. Just drink lots of water. All the best to you and congrats on your loss already!

okay...you need to eat more....you are making your body think its starving...add some fiberous fruit and maybe a high fiber cereal and yogurt! YOU have done great....platues are normal, just keep consistent, and it will start pulling the weight off again! Slow and steady....slow and steady.....
but eat more, oh, and drink some green tea, HAVE you tried that Diet green tea by Lipton? Get used to drinking that and it will burn calories.....
also get a supplement that naturally supports the thyroid, go to a health food store and ask for natural thyroid support....
you are doing great....
I have been a size 16 all the way down to a size 4/6....

you lost weight before because you slowed down metabolism - most of what you lost was water weight and muscle. no surprise you are not losing more!!!
You can lose fat only if create a SLIGHT deficit in daily caloric intake.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

hmmm....that sux, but i got dat problem too...ur calorie intake is really low, so i wont say lower it..unless YOU want to, do some light weight lifting do rev up ur metabolism, and also probably more cardio, in ur routine..get more get more sleep, and drink tea, im following, this, its my first few days but its going great...keep at it, mix up ur exercise routine..ur body maybe use to it, if u do cardio, try mixing dat up 2, like adding hills and HIIT workouts are da best..(high intensity interval training) works like a charm..anywho..if u don't see any results using this aftr a week..all i can say is consult a personal trainer or doctor..the problem may be with how ur body works not how you work it
