Im looking to shed some pounds for summer.
I am currently 222pds im 6 foot tall and i wear a 36/30 in jeans..
I would like to drop down to about a 34/30 in jeans..
I would like a set diet with what i should eat for breakfeast, lunch and dinner. and what i should eat in bettween meals..
How many caloires should i eat and how many should i burn..
And i would like to know a good workout which is fast easy with the best results.
