okay so pretending you don't THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU EAT which I don't know I just eat what I Want when I want, and pretend I start exercising in aerobic exercise like jump rope for 45 minutes a day 5 days a week what will HAPPEN TO ME say a year or 2 from now? Will it lower my blood pressure becasue that is high too??

I have a full body resistance machine at home and you can do it in differant resistance levels.. im trying to gain muscle mass..so i do a heavy resistance level and when im done my whole body is aching.. and people tell me sleeping and protien help with soreness and microtears but i still feel achy and sore even with sleep and protien..should i go back on the machine but do the resistance on a much lower level thats what i heard is what your suposed to do..to get your body used to it.. for example in weight lifting {doing 100 lbs sets one day then the next do 20-30 to get rid of the sorness and microtears) is this true?

and another question..
To be honest i think the term 'rest days' is some bs you need to keep your body moving otherwise your body will stay sore and painful it dosent have to be as intense at all as the previous workout but something thatll knock off the pain and soreness..im one of the only few people that belive that? isnt it acctualy true

Following surgery, my wife has been put on a strict diet, which uses 10 - 12 egg whites a day, but NO yolks!! I know my eating them would bring problems, as would feeding them to the dog.

I also know that bodybuilders eat double this amount of egg whites a day, so there must be somene who has a suggested use.

I started following Jason Vales juicing diet thing on monday, where i make up a fresh fruit smoothie myself every morning and have this for breakfast and lunch, the smoothie consists of fresh fruits and veggies like cucumber, spinach, avocado etc. I then eat a well balanced dinner at around 5pm, usually grilled chicken and a small amount of brown rice and veggies, or a whole grain turkey sandwich. on sunday morning, i weighed 139.6 pounds. this morning, i weighed 133.6. could 6 pounds be for real??? i have been slowly losing weight since august and had lost 10-12 pounds before this. i am 5'9 and female. what do you think?

i'm a 29 year old woman about 5feet 6inch tall & weigh 110 lbs with lot of lean muscle & little body fat.i've always been like this & loved the way i am.2 years ago i started weight training in addition to my long time routine of 45 min cardio.i did weight training for only two months,5 days/week & stopped when i realised how my beautiful looking upper arms have changed to what i have now.although its been so long i didnot lose any muscle without lifting weights & even by cutting down my protein intake for months.i donot anyway eat lot of carbs & i have a natural appetite for protein & fiber.i dont like the way my biceps & triceps stand out,i really want to get rid of some of these muscles.i will be glad to do anything,thanks

okay so Im 13 5'1 and way 118 lbs. I joined weight watchers to lose 10-15 pounds in a healthy way and lost a pound last week (I actually joined last week lol) I am getting weighed tomorrow and am pretty sure I lost at least 2 lbs. anyways today I was on my bicycle at the beach and really hadnt been riding for a long distance when I had to stop, throw up an sit down so as not to pass out! I really dont get it!!! Im eating 1200 calories a day at least and I ate breakfast. I drank 2 huge cups of water before I went so it wasnt dehidration.
then what was it? I havnt been hungry all day and Im a little worried.

please Id appreciate any help and advice tnks ahead!

Will doing weight training for my legs help me jump higher. Like doing leg curls, leg extensions, lunges, seated calf raises, and squats. And i do some kenistetic exercises also. Please help, i know its strenghtening the muscle but by making it stronger will it enable me to jump higher

AAAHHHH, my book says train for 5 days in a row an if i skip a day or 2 make it up at the weekend but people on here say evey other day so my muscle s can repair themsels fully. The book seems like it knows best but its an old version, 1980 with a guy in white tights ans a bad hair cut but an excellent body if you dont mind me saying so. Does anyone know where i can view an up to date book for free OR make any suggestons. thanks

I have narrow hips when compared to my shoulders, but I've noticed the widest part of a woman's hips are actually the upper thighs. So what can you do to build up muscle and make them look wider?

Also, what exercises can you do to make your butt stick out more in the back. Mine's a bit flat.

It'd be nice if someone who's knowledgeable on working out were to answer...

Iam 42, teetotaller, overweight by 24% and for the last 6 months or one year, feel tired, lethargic and sluggish for most part of the day. Sometimes bereft of sleep and sometimes sleepy always. I had taken LEPOTS 15 mg and Glycipage 800mg once a day for one year as per the advise of the Doctor..I have put down 7 kgs. and 2to 3 inches. Again I have put up the weight about 7 kgs and 2 inches after stopping the drugs for the last 6 months. I get heated up now even by a small irritant. Kindly suggest me to put down the weight and brisk always.
