I started following Jason Vales juicing diet thing on monday, where i make up a fresh fruit smoothie myself every morning and have this for breakfast and lunch, the smoothie consists of fresh fruits and veggies like cucumber, spinach, avocado etc. I then eat a well balanced dinner at around 5pm, usually grilled chicken and a small amount of brown rice and veggies, or a whole grain turkey sandwich. on sunday morning, i weighed 139.6 pounds. this morning, i weighed 133.6. could 6 pounds be for real??? i have been slowly losing weight since august and had lost 10-12 pounds before this. i am 5'9 and female. what do you think?
