AAAHHHH, my book says train for 5 days in a row an if i skip a day or 2 make it up at the weekend but people on here say evey other day so my muscle s can repair themsels fully. The book seems like it knows best but its an old version, 1980 with a guy in white tights ans a bad hair cut but an excellent body if you dont mind me saying so. Does anyone know where i can view an up to date book for free OR make any suggestons. thanks
