I'm just confounded by women who are so afraid of any muscle, it's an enculturated mindset where women aren't supposed to have muscle - this smacks of victimization. They've been so brainwashed by the fashion industry or by other out of shape non-athletes that the ultra-skinny skin and bones or the flabby look is somehow more feminine and desireable. If you are one of the lucky few women that can actually gain some lean muscle and actually keep bodyfat levels in check, then that should be something to be proud of.

If I were you I'd seriously reassess why it is you want to get rid of muscle and increase your bodyfat percentage and challenge that perception. It's seriously not a healthy attitude to take and in these days where obesity, heart disease and many other related ailments are so common, any advantage you have over that should be capitalized. You should surround yourself with people who are likeminded athletes themselves and don't shun the healthy vibrancy of a fit body.

As mentioned above, you're reaching an age where your body will naturally slow down and it's going to be harder and harder to maintain a healthy level. It can be done, but not by trying to catabolize hard-earned muscle. You can have a sleek and fit look without giving up your femininity. I hope you really reconsider this decision.

for a women decreasing muscle mass purely for aesthetics is a very bad idea. just like you can't spot reduce fat the same applies for muscle. to lose muscle mass in your arms it will come at the expense of losing muscle mass all over your body, increasing your body fat % and decreasing your metabolic rate.

to accomplish this you basically have to keep the body in an extended catabolic state to cause muscle wasting. basically you need to starve yourself and continue to use resistance training. at 5'6 and only 110 lbs I can't possible see how you could have "too much" muscle anywhere on your body. at 29 your metabolism is getting ready to take a natural turn downwards. you should be trying to carry as much muscle as you can over through your 30's into the 40's. how many 40 year old women do you see walking down the street with "too much" muscle? none...

The easiest way to lose the muscle is to stop excess exercise. By this i dont mean sit on the couch all day but maybe an occasional jog or some sport. After a week or two you should retain a nice physique without looking like Mrs. Schwarzenegger

There is particularly best ONE solution to ever obtain a truly actual "MOJO". One have to search out the regional "root lady" and without difficulty pay her for the newly ready mojo. If she is a REAL "ju ju lady",or "witchy lady", she can have made up a couple of of those charms prematurely of your arrival at her door,,thereby inflicting you to be competent to exchange your lacking mojo instantly!I have observed that quite often those charms are fairly moderately priced,,however take care that you aren't getting one with an disagreeable smell.Just "sniff" it earlier than you pay and depart.I regularly put on my mojo on a rope tied round my waist below my apparel and I simply tuck it into the entrance of my jockey shorts for protection,,,and it makes a pleasant "bulge" additionally. If I had been a woman,,I might put on it round my neck and tuck in within my bra.
