Are you currently taking any kind of stimulants? Diet pills coffee etc. That would explain the upset stomach and lack of apetite. Be wary of any "vitamins" that those weight loss places give you.
Could've been the water. What are we calling "a large glass"? How many ounces?
Could be gastric acids building up where you are used to digesting more food. This usually happens as you start a diet. Might even experience a little heart burn.
The most important things to remember with diet is moderation and gradual weight loss.
1200 calories a day sounds a little low with your activity level. Even for a small frame.
Be careful for how you take care of yourself you are at a crucial developmental stage. Your femaleness is emerging, your brain is maturing. Two things you'll appreciate later in life.
Its good to be concerned with your health. But don't think radical. You are a long way from being morbidly obese.

Did you drink those two glasses of water 'immediately' before getting on the bike? That could have been your problem right there.
I played soccer in college and one of the guys on our team could run almost full speed all the time, I hated him for it. But sometimes he would throw up while running. I've run so hard before that I came close to throwing up, but I always kept it under control. What I'm saying here is that you're just overworking yourself. The hardest part about training to do something is the patience it takes to do it right. So calm down, don't try to lose all that weight or change yourself overnight. You only started a week ago. And besides, YOU'RE 13!! You shouldn't be worrying about weight issues unless you're dangerously overweight, which you are NOT. You'll probably grow out of the weight naturally over the next couple of years. Keep exercising, but don't overdo it.
Good luck.

Did you let whatever you ate digest before you went on your bikeride? Sometimes that can happen if youre active too soon after you eat...you should let meals settle for about an hour at least before you become active. Or maybe you ate something that just didnt agree too well with your stomach.
Also it could be you drank your water too fast...drink a smaller amount before you get on your bike, but bring a bottle of it with you and make sure you take sips of water along your ride.
Are you sick at all? Maybe you have a small stomach flu and didnt even realize. That can cause you to get nauseous and also lightheaded.
I wouldnt stress too much unless it happens again. If it happens more than one more time, you should go see a doctor about it.
Best of luck.

Raspberries and soy milk isn't enough for your breakfast. You need carbohydrates like toast (with soya spread, if you don't eat regular margarine), or perhaps a couple of pancakes (again, you can adjust the recipe if you don't eat eggs). Lunch seemed alright, but it didn't seem balanced. I think you should swap your Lunch and Dinner around. Lunch should be a small veggie sub with coffee, and perhaps a yoghurt and 2 pieces of fruit, such as an apple and a handful of grapes. At the moment, you're only getting one or two of your five a day! The spinach on the pizza is cooked which destroys most of the nutrients! Where are you getting your iron from? To get the most of the iron in the spinach it needs to be eaten raw [in a salad] and with a glass of orange juice or apple juice afterwards, to absorb it. [Vitamin C helps iron to be absorbed]. You also need plenty of protein, so you can get this from meat substitutes such as Quorn [which is yummy!] and many others.

hi
may be you threw up because of riding+huge amount of water, if it occurs again i advise you to visit a doctor....dear you can eat another meal instead of what you have lost, cuz your body did not absorb the food in the intestine, most of it was in your stomach, so it wont be a big problem if you eat another meal of the same calories, because you are so young (adolescent), so your body require nutrients for normal grwoth. do not worry if you did not feel hunger, may be you feel some nausia because of that.
keep on and good luck :)
dont worry
i am a dietitian ;)

It was the water. Instead of drinking two huge cups and immeadiatly going to excercise, you should have had a few sips, then brought a small bottle of water along the way.

Maybe you have picked up a bug, you know like a virus, or maybe you got too hot if its hot there, or maybe it was the 2 huge cups of water you drank before biking that was probably too much too at one time.

as the second answerer said, its most likely the water. instead of drinking 2 huge glasses, drink a bit, then drink as you go along biking -- but don't over-indulge yourself. drinking too much water too quickly ((especially if you are thirsty) makes you throw up.
good luck with your weight watchers!!!!!!
