okay so pretending you don't THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU EAT which I don't know I just eat what I Want when I want, and pretend I start exercising in aerobic exercise like jump rope for 45 minutes a day 5 days a week what will HAPPEN TO ME say a year or 2 from now? Will it lower my blood pressure becasue that is high too??

it all depends on what the root cause if of the high blood pressure. most health problems are the end result of having several smaller problems, it's very rarely just one thing
