i have chubby cheeks/
and im average sized. not skinny not fat.
i have not-so-flat stomach

what can i do?

If you are average weight you are fine...loosing weight will not change your face that much. You should learn to love your chubby cheeks. Toning up will help the not-so-flat stomach.

Not much you can do about your cheeks.
You could still have some baby fat, believe it or not.
I had baby fat on my face up until I was maybe 13.
Some people have it longer. For others, that's just the
way their face is shaped. Sometimes if you lose a little weight,
it will go away but most of the time it doesn't. Maybe you
could try getting a different haircut that flatters your face more.
As for your stomach, try some simple situps.

Your cheeks may always be chubby, that's fine... it will keep you young looking You will appreciate that the older you get, but, if you can flatten you tummy a little it would be a good idea to keep fit. Walking is great. walk tall., and if you are a woman, chose a good sports Bra. If you are a guy, a good Jock strap.

Tone up, I've been losing weight for the past few months and I'm losing strength with it. I just started lifting to gain it back.

Yes! You will definitly get in form doing this. I was once on a swim workforce one summer season in prime institution and misplaced twenty kilos, with out food plan or further exercise. Swimming is a exceptional undertaking becuase you're employed your whole frame. Swimmers have great lean muscle tissues. Good good fortune!

i would just tone up, if your not happy with your size then i would maybe diet and loose a bit of weight if your happy the size you are then just tone up. Good Luck its hard work toning up.

IT'S THE SAME THING, TO TONE UP YOU HAVE TO LOOSE WEIGHT, IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT. TONING UP IT'S NOT DONE BY JUST DOING CARDIO, IF YOU DON'T LOOSE WEIGHT, YOU WILL NEVER LOOK TONE. IT WILL ALL BE BURIED IN FAT. CONSUMING LESS CALORIES THAN YOU BURN EACH DAY IS THE ONLY WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT, AND AS A RESULT TONE UP!!

well i guess it also depends on how much you weigh and your height and age. but i think ur just right if u wznt 2 gain weight u can gain a couple puond sif you want to loose weight than you can loose a vouple pounds too. you a great weight, and take care of it
