if you were me, what would you do?

also if lets say, you say tone up, what kind of exercises should i do? like should i still do sme cardio and stuff? or just resistance training? or both?

when i tone up, should i lower my calorie intake or no?

Hi, i am the only girl wrestler in my high school and on Monday December 3 i have one of the biggest matches ever!! And if i dont cut the 6 pounds I cant wrestle, i dont care how i loose the weight *** long as there are no pills or cutting of limbs, other than that i am fine!! SO CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE?????????????????

Our bodies were not created to digest meat. The best health is to be a vegetarian from birth. I never forced meat on my daughter, I just fed her carbs and grains along with vegetables and fruit. Her health is fine, and now she is almost three she barely chooses to eat meat.

I will be honest and say I am an extremely unfit. Really badly, if I walk for about one minute my breathing changes. I am 25 year old woman.
And I am overweight. I am 7 stone over the weight I want to be.
I know what people will say eat less and exercise more. I understand this.
I am going to my doctors to talk to them about it, i'm just waiting for the day of the appointment but in the meantime I need advice.
I am very unfit and I would like to lose weight and get fit.
At the moment when I exercise I feel like I am going to keel over and I get really hot, red and sweat. I know exercise is good but it makes me feel ill. Thats just a brisk walk that does this.
I am embarrassed for people to see me like that.
I can't run as I worry about my knees and my chest is too big.
I dont eat that much considering the size of me, but I do no exercise so know thats why i'm not losing weight.
Theoretically if I do persevere how quickly should my fitness improve?
Any friendly advice appreciated.

I have an inconsistent sleeping schedule. I can't sleep and wake up on time. Sometime I sleep more and sometime I sleep less. I find out that it is not healthy to have this habit. I was thinking I want to reduce my sleeping hours to less than 7 hours. So that I have more times to do more things. Do you agree that sleep less can still have a great effectiveness? I have try so many ways to reduce my sleeping hours. But I did not have a good displine. So finally I give up of trying and sleep 7-8 hours per day.

How about your sleeping experience? How many hours you sleep per day? Did you wake up and sleep consistently everyday ?

Im really sore and the day after i feel the microtear pain and soreness.. people told me things like {light weight, swimming} will get rid of it or should i stick to body weight push up and squats to get rid of it? because dosent any kind of resistance cause micro tears or is it only ones that pushes your body over the limit?

I weigh 140 pounds and I am 5'4 3/4'' - I would like to become a vegitarian for health reasons. Is that a good idea?? If it is, could someone give me a plan I could stick to, considering the rest of my family eats meat products daily and I also don't have much self disipline. I like all fruits except for figs&papaya's, and I like alll veggies, depending on how they are prepared. Oh yeah, I ADORE peanut butter. I also don't have any food allergies, so don't worry about what is put intp the plan. I hope that somebody can help me with this!!

ok, i was 95 pounds then grew two inches and went to 97, but two weeks later i stepped on and it read 105...my measurements everywere (including hips, , legs) are the same, i accually lost an inch around my waist (i know this because i sew) and my clothes fit the same, AND everyone says i dont look any different. i have been exersizing...so what gives????

Hi, i'm about 5 foot 4 inches, 146 pounds (i know i weigh quite abit) and i'm 13. I don't think i've hit puberty yet as i haven't started my period and my breasts haven't formed, but i have quite abit of extra weight around my stomach. Most of my friends have fat shaped stomachs and they have hit puberty, my mum tells me it's just baby fat and with come off when i start to develop, but i'm starting to have doubts. I've started swimming on weekends for about 3 hours will that help. I'm really concerned about this extra weight as i just really want to be able to were tight tops and not worry about what people will think, also i want to be able to eat whatever i want without thinking that i'm going to be fat. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Hello there I am a 15 year old male still in puberty and i was wondering is it true that when you exercise your using up the growth hormone that increases your height? I play basketball about 2 hours a day, skip for 30 mins without stopping, calf raises for 30 mins, and ball dribbling for 30 mins, is this too much exercise that will use up all my growth hormones?

Hi there I am a 15 year old Male and I have yet to recieve arm pit hair so that means I am still in the stages of puberty. I was wondering is it true that lifting weights for your biceps, triceps, especially quads and calfs make the muscles harden and come close together thus not letting then to be relaxed and extend so you can grow? Even if that isnt true does weight lifting still affect growth? Thanks very much.
