I wanna lose inches around my stomach area. whats the best effective way to do this.

Run 20 minutes a day in a certain time every day of the week. Eat some vegetables, fruit and meat. Watch "you are what you eat" that will get your mind in where you want to go. and do 10 minutes of stretching before the 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week and your set!!

I did this when i weighed 200 pds in christmas and for the first 6 weeks and I lost 30 pounds.

If you really do not know what exercise you should do go and watch the exercises some people do when there about to train for a kickboxing match!!

Ya you guessed it I do kickboxing, well... I did...

The only way to drop 20 lbs in 3 weeks is'nt safe, nor a long term solution. To be able to keep off the weight, you'd only lose about up to 2lbs a weeks. Since it takes 3,500 calories extra caloires a week to burn off one pound, you could split it up between diet and exercise. Perhaps you cut back on 250 calories of your average consumption, and burn 250 calories exercising. However since you only have 3 weeks, assuming your not obese, you could lose it by detoxing the first day of your diet, only drinking water, and different teas. This will flush out your system of the harmful substances you've consumed previously. Then cut out all grains, and fruit out of your diet, to prevent too much sugar intake. Also eat lean protein such as egg whites or turkey, and certain vegetables except corn and carrots. Don't consume ANY alcohol or sodas (even diet), only decaffenated coffee, water, or decaffenated teas. Stay away from juices, they are just as bad as soda sugarwise. Keep in mind that losing 20 lbs in 3 weeks is going to shock your body. When you do lose that weight, you'll gain it back because your body is trying to return to homeostasis, therefore taking all the calories and storing them into fat.

Cut out all sodas, drink only water and about 6-8 glasses per day. When you eat take a bite/take a drink of water, and don't drink Ice water during meals, only room temp water. Cold water will slow your digestive system. Also try taking an antitoxin, it will flush away fat around your waste, plus it will clean your colon. I take a antitoxin called Eternal Flush, I bought it at Wal-Mart for less than $20.00. Also, when you do house work, move around like you are exercising, in a fast pace. This will raise your heart level, and help you burn calories. Try to only eat healthy foods, nothing greasy,and the less bread and rice the better...those kind of foods make you full faster, and hungry sooner, try to avoid these as much as possible because they also store fat easier. These are a few of the ways I used to lose weight in a healthy and fast way. When you use the antitoxin, you will notice a difference almost right away!!! I DID!!! Good luck!! There is no easy way to lose 20 pounds in 21 days. You have to have a strict diet, and do Cardio everyday. Maybe jog for half an hour to one hour everyday in the morning. Then have a salad, NO DRESSING. Make sure you eat in good portions.

A very good tip is not to have lunch, but 3 several small lunch breaks. Maybe half a sandwich at 1pm, an orange at 3pm and finally a small bowl of spaghetti at 4pm. This keeps your metabolism going.

Eat as healthy as you possibly can, stay away from the junk food, sweets, candy, all that kind of stuff.

Every day for about an hour, do crunches, push ups, squats, and possibly jog around your town for 10-20 minutes.

Don't tire yourself out and get a good amount of sleep each night.

This will all help you in the long run.

My friend does a high protein diet. So, pretty much only meats. NO carbs of any form! whether it be sugars from candy, juice, alcohol, or bread; nothing. All he does is drink protein shakes for lunch, and then some kind of meat for dinner. But when you get off this diet, you have to exercise, otherwise, u'll gain it back FAST

start biking or jogging ALOT.

even when you're relaxing, (watching tv, computer, etc.) sit on the floor or something (it burns more calories than the couch or chair)

and go on a soup and fruit diet. its unhealthy, i know, but its the only way you're gonna loose all that weight in 3 weeks. good luck.

ok i honestly dont know what lbs is because im Aussie and we use kilograms but if u want to lose weight just eat fruit, Veg and exercise very hard for 12 secands and weight for 8 secand on like a tredmill
