i was thinking about purchasing one, however does it really do what it says, i seen it advertised on tv and it sounds pretty gd, does it help you lose weight? or just make you bulky and more muscular?

the average woman does not produce enough testosterone to become bulky and most never train at a high enough level of intensity to even increase strength much. I would worry about losing the weight that you need to and becoming "too muscular" later. I've never seen any man or woman get big and muscular by accident, it takes years of dedication and dieting
