Just do a normal diet/exercise aka crunches squats all that good stuff mainly the ab stuff but also lots of running and treadmill stuff stairclimbs too

It's okay to have a bit of extra weight, i find i don't think incredibly skinny girls are attractive. Thinner girls are nice but some just look annorexic and its just horrible. 'Love Handles' are okay to have, gives a guy something to hold onto ;)

You can not pick where you loose weight. If you diet your body will decide. If you really want to loose some weight, keep your intake below 1200 calories / day

i hate to say it but the dreaded crunch is the best for anything in the core region. try crunching to one side and then the other to focus on the obliques.

well, if you get a system that is better than crunches, it helps.. dieting can only do so much, i reccomend sit and lay on a fitness ball and crunch up and down its supposed to help.
