You might, but it depends on your current physique, your activity level, your metabolism, etc. 1000 calories isn't much, so you probably would though it's obviously not healthy to do this. Eating this much junk food will affect your health negatively over time.

you might lose some water weight but probably not, it would depend on the amounts of simple sugars that are in the junk food diet. the lower the caloric intake the higher the quality of food there must be. the diet that you follow has a direct effect on the endocrine system and the endocrine system governs the human body. a 1,000 calorie diet of junk food will not result in fat loss. there is a lot more to fat loss then cals. in vs. cals out. those that say other wise have no real knowledge of human biology and the endocrine system.

cause it will slow your matobalism(what gives u energy and burns fat)
eat small meals 4-6 times a day
