I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

You only have 11.6lb of body fat? Sorry but that just can't be healthy. You'd have to be well under 100lb for that to be at least the 12%-15% essential body fat that females need.
Something is not right, either you have the calculations wrong or you are seriously underweight/underfat.

such an excellent style of solutions... dude you're very youthful. do not say that "i'm a pupil so i do not get time for some thing". you've each and each of the time. devour even if you should. basically bypass outdoors in evening and play some outside video games. especially football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as a lot as you may. Play football daily for an hour or 2 and also you'll see the ameliorations.

You won't be able to lose it all but depending on your goal you could take it down with more cardio and strength training but the key is your diet at this point 11.6 pnds is pretty low

DON'T lose more body fat. Women are supposed to have more body fat than men. Do you still get your period? If not you've lost too much.
I'd tone up, do both types of exercise just to be healthy. Don't overdo it.

at 11.6% you would have a well defined 6-pack and substantial definition in the legs and shoulders/arms. female bodybuilders and fitness competitors compete in the 9-11% body fat range

First of all you can't loose all of your body fat, everyone's body needs at least a little fat.
And the exercise all depends on what part of your body you want to loose weight, a light jog or a couple of crunches can benefit parts all of your body.

You need at least 12% BF in order to menstruate. Your BF sounds low and should be at least 17% of your total preferably close to 20 if you’re not an athlete

Sounds like you are anorexic. Tone up, and try to eat some healthy food.
