Yeah, I agree with sage. I would start with fish. Go with light meat, and definitely at small doses. You don't want to shock your body with a whole lot of fats that it hasn't digested in a while.

I would start with Chicken soup, as it will be gentle on your system, this is assuming you were a complete vegan. And good for you for coming to your senses. Our bodies need the protein. Work up to meats, and still eat the veggies,nuts,fruits. Chicken and fish are more gentle, then try little bits of ground meat, and in several days, try steak.

I had a camp counselor who took a bet to not eat meat for a few weeks and after that time period was up she tried eating meat and she said it made her really really SICK!! So I say that you consult a nutritionist or your doctor and ask them what will be best for your health, that way the nutritionist/doctor can put you on a plan and you can enjoy the food and not get sick eating it.

I had a cousin who was vegetarian for about 15 years. Then when she got married and had two kids it was easier for her to eat meat. The first thing she did was have a steak and she consequentially felt awful. So she started with bacon sandwiches, they went down well.Then shebuilt her way up, now she eats what she wants and loves it all!

Filet Mignon. Nothing like a nice big piece of cow wrapped in a juicy piece of pig! Make sure it's done medium rare, so it's nice and juicy in the middle

I would start with fish, because it's light,
salad with black olives and white chicken/or tuna
then incorporate chicken and or turkey breast and eventually some sirloin once in a while or tenderloin beef
meat three times a week, fish twice a week, beans and rice, salads etc:
