Ok im 14 years old i weigh 155 and Ireally am sick and tired of being FAT I tried to stop eating fattening food , excercise, and have a balanced diet but nothing works. I really wanna look good for graduation pictures in January. So please give tips and advice

Draft your parents to help: It looks to me like you need someone in your corner who will say "No!" to the foods that are hurting you.

Drink more water; That way you won't have so much empty space to fill.

Is there a gym you can join, or maybe some kind of exercise program at your school? Find out and join it so you'll have someone to work out with.

Don't stop trying with the exercise and healthy eating - keep doing it!

Also, visit your doctor so s/he can rule out any medical problems.

A good book is Bob Greene's The Best Life Diet - he's the one that turned Oprah around.

See your doctor, he might be able to point you in the right direction of weight loss schemes that work.

it might be a metabolism problem. go to your doctor and talk to them about it. they can do a few tests to see if theres something wrong
