Please tell a doctor about this. Not being able to control your bowels is not only embarrassing, but it could also be a symptom of something far worse. See your doctor as soon as possible.
In the meantime, try some over the counter meds. If you have diarrhea, take something for that. Pepto bismol has stuff in it to harden the stool, which may make you aware of it sooner and able to reach a bathrooom in time. Pepto will make your poo black so don't freak out when you see that.
And again, go see a doc!
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon. :-)

You really can't treat yourself until you find out what's causing your problem. If you have have chronic diarrhea, it might mean that you have irritable bowel syndrome which may be controlled by what you eat etc. However, if there is another underlying problem, such as Crohn's disease or something even worse, you shouldn't even attempt to treat it yourself. In very rare cases, some people have such a problem due to other muscular problems which could actually indicate the beginning of another very serious system related to the nervous system. Therefore GET YOURSELF TO A DOCTOR...and ask her/him. If it turns out to be irritable bowel syndrom, sometimes staying away from coffee, spices, and fried food can do the trick. If you have a viral infection or a bacterial infection; take what your doctor suggests, and this will get rid of your problem quite quickly. Also, make sure you're getting plenty of fluids and fibre regardless of what the problem is. But do see a professional, because your problem is not normal.

It may be an uncontrollable issue that you would need to talk with your physician about.
