i want to train my abs, because right now i'm a bit "blubby" in my tummy. what's the best way to do this? i don't want my breasts to get smaller, and someone said i should just do sit-ups, but i'm afraid that this will make my breasts smaller...?
advice, anyone?
thanks! =)

sit ups will only make your belly look bigger because all they do is build muscle - they dont burn fat. The only fat burning exercise is cardio. Diet is the key to losing belly fat. there is no way you can spot reduce body fat so...your boobs are gona get smaller.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Your breasts will not lose their fatty tissue from localised exercise. Your body decides where the fat will come from when you exercise, no mater which body part you are using. Any sort of cardio work out will burn fat. If you do too many sit ups you may end up with a rock hard gut.... under a layer of blubber.

The only way to be sure is to do as much cardio without too much weight work. You can then try to 'enhance' your chest with chest exercises. Your breasts may lose some volume but the muscle underneath will help to keep them 'out there'.

But hey, breasts are over-rated anyway. As long as you are not a pole dancer or something... which is OK too.

Ok so first of all it isn't the semen that travels to the egg it is the sperm. Semen is what the sperm are in after they pop out. The sperm leaves the semen inside a couple of mins and travels into the womb. Then it travels through the tubes to wherein it expects the egg to be. That can take hours or longer relying upon how good the sperm swim and the way instantly they move. Most sperm aren't formed correct and so they get misplaced or swim round in circles or simply undeniable die earlier than they get there. But for the reason that there are hundreds of thousands of them this isn't typically a crisis. Sperm can are living as much as five days, however two-three days is extra traditional.

it's a 6 day diet and you can loose 4-6 kilo grams in each 6 days! and you can eat all you want but it has rules: there are things that you should JUST eat them during the 6 days, eating something else wouldn't help you loose weight. the things that you have to eat in the first day is ONLY: grapes;
-2nd day:Apples;
-3rd day:all kindes of sugar free bread;
-4th day:any kinde of meat -but fat free-;
-5th day:grapes;
-6th day:apples;
*you will loose 4-6 kilo grams in this way;
*and by the way....you can only drink water;
*and you are free to eat any amount of those things that i said in above in its own day.
