just follow food pyramid. You need all the vitamins and minerals not just calcium. Take multivitamin with your breakfast. You can also take vitamin B-complex, vitamin C and Omega or Flax oil capsules.
And be active - exercise regularly.
We can pretty much grow till mid 20's if body get all the nutrients it needs (i grew at least an inch since i was 20)

calcium helps to make bones grow this is found particularly in dairy products so...milk,cheese,youghurt
