Me and my fiance are in the middle of deciding a date for our wedding and I'd love to be able to shift a bit of weight. We don't want to wait that much longer as we've been engaged for nearly 4 years already. Can anyone give any tips or diets that works well. Many Thanx!!!!

I would've liked to know how long you've given yourself to get into shape so I could give you a honest opinion, anyway i'll give you a few tips to set you on the right track.

Tip 1
Do aerobics first thing in the morning on a empty stomach, this forces your body to use fat and muscle mass for fuel, which results in more weight loss.

Tip 2
Have you heard the saying " Eat breakfast like a king, Lunch like a prince and dinner like a peasant" this is so true when you want to lose weight because as the day gets later we don't need as much calories, because we're usually relaxing in front of the T.V or reading a book to wind down.

Tip 3
Use dumbbells to tone flabby areas on your body, and this also stops fat from returning.

I have done the zone, atkins, don lemmon, dr. phil and whatever else i can't remember but the best one for me was and is "Liquid diet" diet. You know like medifast. But i am generally broke so I just get the 5 lb canisters of whey protein at walmart and drink 100 - 150 calorie shakes 6 - 8 times a day. ( depending on when i get up). I also drink a lot of water and if i eat its a salad and some chicken, but usually i just do shakes. It's hard at first to resist the food, but i swear i have lost more weight , faster this way than an other way ever. The atkins is second and the zone is 3rd but for me it's way too much weighing and counting and work. this is better asd all i have to do is scoop, add cream and blend and bam. im done and it's portable and fast.

1st week i lost 8 lbs, 2nd 5 and about 4 every week since give or take a little for food weight. - and i dont exercise! ( but you really should) CHeck out the site liquiddietdiscussionboard dot com. lots of support there and explanations. has helped me on my journey and could be great for you too.

good luck!

The quickest way isn't always the best, it can leave your body in a bad state. If you really want to loose weight quick start doing high intensity cardiovascular activity 3-5 times a week for at least 20 minutes whilst consuming a minimal amount of calories. As i said this isn't the best way to loose weight but if you really want to it can be done.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a omitting rope, skip for two units, do push ups for 60 seconds or so, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push up to something else like sit ups and do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a fast, effective workout that will improve results than a long function or swim.

So thank you lower back for the information. i've got not bought something like this till now through fact they're many times finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. commence right this moment!

Go to a club, Weightwatchers or Slimming World maybe. Learn how to eat well and healthily and if you really stick to the plan, you WILL lose weight. Increase the loss with exercise and keep that beautiful dress in mind that you want to wear everytime you see chocolate or whatever! Good luck.
