the right weight for me or am i fat or skinny? Also i havent had my period since October. i know that im supposed to get it because i've had it since 5th grade and im in 8th grade now. I dont know why my periods havent been coming lately. is it because im not eating enough since i skip meals sometimes? also, will i ever get my period back or is it gone permanently?

A friend of mine was telling me that a corset can slim your waist. I would like to take my waist down a few sizes and I haven't found anyother exercises to work. I'm slim in build but want smaller waist line to go with my slim build. If this to be true, where can you find the 1800's lace up corset or one similar? I have checked Victoria Secret, Newport News, Fredricks of Hollywood, and Ebay. I haven't found any to my liking but would like to know if this to be true before purchasing a corset.

I'm 16 years old and weigh about 133 at 5'5.5''. I excersize doing pilates about 3 times a week, competitive cheerleading 3 times a week, and walk/run about 3 times. I try to eat about 1300 calories a day but decided a week ago i would try 1500. I really want to know if I'll gain weight from this or not before i let it. thanks:)

I eat alright, and I exercise daily, but I never loose weight.
This is what my usual meals are like:
breakfast - Yoplait light yogurt, an apple, and a cup of fat free milk
lunch - a penut butter and banana sand on wheat bread, some celery, and water
dinner - boneless skinless grilled chicken, with mixed veggies, and water ( sometimes crystal light)
Snacks in between are usually fruit or jello.

I have been on a very restrictive diet for like 3 a weeks already, and I run on the treadmill for 45 minutes everyday and 3 days a week I do weight training..

Am I ever going to loose weight?

i weigh 190 pounds so i cant comprehend why this weight is not coming offf =(

I am a little chubby around the mid-section. I am 5'4" and 14 years old. I wear size medium- mostly large in shirts (size medium-mostly small in t-shirts) and I was wondering if there are any excercises that will help tone the mid-section in about 1-3 months. Something easy though. What about hula-hooping?
