I eat alright, and I exercise daily, but I never loose weight.
This is what my usual meals are like:
breakfast - Yoplait light yogurt, an apple, and a cup of fat free milk
lunch - a penut butter and banana sand on wheat bread, some celery, and water
dinner - boneless skinless grilled chicken, with mixed veggies, and water ( sometimes crystal light)
Snacks in between are usually fruit or jello.

I have been on a very restrictive diet for like 3 a weeks already, and I run on the treadmill for 45 minutes everyday and 3 days a week I do weight training..

Am I ever going to loose weight?

i weigh 190 pounds so i cant comprehend why this weight is not coming offf =(

HELP ME!

No, what you're eating is healthy - Don't get crazy about your diet and obsess over it. Just add a little bit more to your breakfast, maybe a banana - it seems like you may be eating a little TOO less.

Your "detoxing" your body, which means your body is preparing to lose weight. It can take up to months before you start to see results because your body has to flush out all excess fat from your system. Drink plenty of water to speed it up.

Congratulations on your will power!

First, Yoplait is just sugar, get a better natural one like Nancy's, no sugar. Next, you need protein in the morning too, how about one boiled egg?

Peanut butter is fattening, but it is a good snack if you don't have much. Switch to a low fat one or try no peanut butter at all.

No Crystal Light, chemical set with sugar! Drink pure water. Take it easy on fruit juices, natural sugars high.

You need to bump up the exercise. Weight training does not take off weight. Add 15 more minutes to the tread mill.

Only 3 weeks on this is not enough, it takes healthy eating and exercise about 1-3 months to change your body. Don't starve yourself because you will put the weight back on, just remember to cut our sodas (hold fat on the body) and drink lots of water.

You keep going girl!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

It's just hormones. Women have a harder time losing weight than men. Try adding Slim Fast to your diet.
