You inflate this thing and it constantly deflates. I called customer service with a "lifetime replacement" warranty, which came with my bean. Sure they will replace it, but the catch is they hit you with a hefty shipping and handling fee almost 33% of the cost EVEN FOR THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!! I offered to ship them their defective product first so they could see for themselves and ship me a new one. They were not having that. They want to hit me up for more money. I would not pay another cent to this company and if you read the reviews, others had the same problem. In my opinion, this product is a waste of money and the customer service is a sham. I will be writing a letter to the better business bureau.

The bean was a hassle to blow up, and when I finally had it inflated, it had a hole in the upper chamber. This made it useless and I had to send it back. It seemed like it would have been a good exercise tool if it didn't have the defect.

No, but these beans must be good for your pulse.
