Hello!

Does anyone know how many calories are in a typical cut-out Christmas cookie with a small amount of icing? They seem to be everywhere this time of year, and I was just curious. Thank you!

I'm 5'4" and I weigh 104 pounds ish. last time i checked my body mass index was about 17.8 or something (decimal may not be exact) and appearently thats considered unhealthy. But is it really unhealthy? because I know i'm a fairly small person, but i eat healthy and i eat enough, and i get enough exersise. People are always tellng me how skinny i am, but when i see myself in the mirror i don't really think im as incredibly skinny as people say. If maybe i am a little too thin, should I try to gain weight in a healthy way? or should i just leave it. I'm 20 years old.
If you think i should try to gain a little weight, how can I go about doing that in a healthy way. I don't want to eat bad food.

I don't have a whole lot to lose, but unfortunately I don't play any sports (asthmatic pigeon toed folks don't take well to sports), so the weight certainly isn't going anywhere anytime soon unless I do something about it. So my question is, would 45 minute trips out on the trails on a bike be a good way to lose weight? If not, could you recommend some other activity for me?

I have occassional heart palpatations that the docs have said is normal and I've been wanting to start exercising, but I can't get over the fact that I think something will happen to my heart. Everytime I start I have to stop because I think something bad is happening. Is there a way to tell if I'm healthy enough to exercise without going to the doctor, or does anyone have a tip to get over my fear?

I know that with programs such as Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig, approximately 95% of people who have lost a significant amount of weight regain it all back within a couple of years. I know that some people with gastric bypass surgery do regain all their weight back. I was wondering what that percentage is.

Ok im going into the airforce and on wednesday i gota take a drug test. I dont do drugs never plan to but i do take supplements like creatine, NO2, and protein shakes like pro nos. Now my recruiter said that taking creatine can increase protein in the urine which would make them think i was diabetic. I guess taking actual protein would do this to. But can taking NO2 mess up any results for a drug test?

I have noticed that a lot of people have cut dairy products like milk etc from their diet and have said they felt better and had advantages health results. If I did the same, what results could I possibly expect (better Skin/Hair/Digestion/Etc??).

I eat meat and have a reasonably healthy balanced diet, plus I have a healthy fit body with no medicals conditions or take any medications.

What dariy foodstuffs should I stop taking and what else can I use as replacements in order to be sure I get enough Calcium, etc from my diet.

Thank you!
