Diet and exercise is the only healthy way. Walk quickly 20 or more minutes a day and increase it when you get in better shape. Avoid fatty foods like red meat,butter,mayonnaise, some salad dressings, and sauces like alfredo. Eat more fruits and vegetables. You have to sacrifice eating pleasures to get thin and healthy. If you succeed you will feel so much better, it will be worth the effort.
