the best way is to just continue eating as much as you can until you are so fed up with yourself that you are ready to lose weight seriously: diet + exercise.

the only way to reduce the current level of body fat is by manipulating the diet, exercise only expedites the process. the diet that you follow ultimately determines your body composition not the types of exercises that you partake in.
