Just wondering...incase i need to lose a few pounds lol

At least 115, you dont want to be tooooooooo skinny.

It depends on how tall you are,
and your general frame size (thin, average, overweight), etc.
It would also have helped to know how much you weigh now.

If you need to lose only a "few" pounds,
then don't worry about it.
On the other hand, if you want to "sweat" about it,
then a little extra light exercise every day
will help keep you fit.

If you think you need to lose a LOT of weight,
consult your parents, first,
then, depending on how much you NEED to lose,
consult your physician and then, maybe, a dietician, as well.

It depends on your height, also.

A girl 5'0 should be 100 lbs, then add another 5 lbs for every inch. For example, if you're 5'4, your "ideal" weight would be 120 lbs, give or take 10 lbs.

But everybody has a different body type. People carry weight differently, and muscle adds more weight, even though you may look leaner. So the perfect weight for each person is different.

I don't think there is an average weight, because if you are really tall, of course you're going to weigh more. But, if you are a normal size it may be around 130-150.

Hey that's awesome I'm a freshy too! Well heres a site you can check out. You got to measure your height and how much you weigh. It tells you if your health or not. What it does is it measure your BMI (body mass index) So you should know how much pounds you should lose or gain. Enjoy Your Weekend! HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!! : )

it really depends on height but you can search on the web for a BMI and it should give you the exact weight an healthy 15 year old is supposed to be!

u need to put ur height in there girly if u less then 5 feet 90pounds say ur 5'5 then bout 125 mabye more not exact

a good weight would be around 115 unless your really tall then alittle over that is fine
