I think you won't get any answer if you're asking this question. It all depends on you, there is no "real fast" in terms of losing weight, the best way to lose wight is to take some natural supplements such as proactol and do a lot of cardio exercise such as aerobics, jogging, fast walk, etc..., doing these exercises 4 times a week will greatly help you lose the weight, you will see results in 3 - 6 weeks.
