I'm not sure if my scales are absoultley right.
I'm a 15 year old female
I walk 3 miles everyday
I eat healthly
and I've just done my BMI and i'm 0.63 over the normal weight for my height.
i'm really upset about it, i'm size 12 in clothes [average uk size]
help

BMI doesn't take into consideration your frame size, bone density or muscle mass. Try not to let it cause you distress because I'm sure you are probably very healthy.

I don't know if u ever herd this but BMI's are not the best sorce for thoughs tipe of things if u r avarage in cloths sizes then u should be fine exspecally if u walk 3 miles and eat healthy. just keep it up and if u like ur body then ur fine

Sweetie, even if the scales were off by 25 American pounds or 2 British stone, you wouldn't be overweight! You should be more upset about misspelling "absolutely"! ;)

.63 can't be more than a few pounds! Don't worry so much. Just mix up your jogging with you daily walk or maybe walk an extra mile.

A piece of advice. Don't stick too much to concrete measurements and numbers. What really matters is a combination of several factors, including body fat %, shape, fittness, ...among others.

depends, people wont be honost on here because they are scared of hurting your feelings, if a go asks to give you a motor boat, you may have an issue.

I did a BMI and mine is 15.3 but i dont think your overweight.
