Forget healthy, just make up some sugar cookies, they're quick and easy. If you want to get creative bring in icing and sprinkles and have your classmates decorate their own cookies.

Mini pizzas or fillo pastry cups full of broccoli and cream cheese (or whatever filling looks good)

fresh veggies like baby carrotts, broccolli, mini tomatoes and cut cucumbers with a spinach dip in the middle (and the veggies circling it) are usually a big hit with all our teens.

fresh strawberries . make a dif out of marshmellow fluff and mix in one package of philadelphia cream cheese. crmcheese should be room temperature before you mix. some people mix a tiny drop of food color to make it pink. i don't care for the extra color / die / chemical. it's reasonably healthy and everyone loves it.
