I'm trying to lose weight, I excercise by running/walking approx. 1.5-2km followed by 25 pushups, 15 bicep excercises with 5kg on each arm, 15 lunges on each leg and using the 5kg weights to do some pectoral excercises (to lose some weight off my boobs) but I kind of snack quite a bit. I'll have cereal and a glass of water for breakfast, a sandwich and a drink of water or cordial for lunch and whatever mum cooks for dinner (usually meat and veg.), but in the afternoon between lunch and dinner I get a bit peckish. I'll eat maybe anything from a muesli bar and some biscuits to a piece of cake and an iceblock! Please help me!! I did try to lose weight once before by checking my food intake and did all this excercise but I gave up after 3 weeks because it didnt seem to be making a difference although my muscles were more defined in my arms and legs (slightly). I'm assuming I weigh somewhere between 66 and 74kg (not sure because I don't have scales) and am 172cm tall (I've calculated my

How do a weak person and naturally low stamina person like me increase my strength?

I'm constantly sleepy, and I'm sure it has nothing to do with my blood since I had a blood test and was reported healthy.

I have very little strength, and I'm a slow runner. (10:30 mile)

How do I increase my arm strength and mile in a short amount of time?

I'm reluctant to buy dumbbells since I've heard that it'll do very little to improve your muscles, but all I really need is enough arm strength to do at least one pull up on the bars or 45 seconds hanging? (one pull up is the minimum for girls. Embarrassingly I can't even pull my head over the bars, even with support to push me up.)

I have so little arm strength that I can't even spin a rifle for my drill team because I'm unable to catch it with my left hand since my arm is too weak.

Also, I need to improve my mile by a minute.

What's the best exercise or course to get stronger in a short period?

Okay, first of all, I'd like to say that my bellyfat is pretty average and I'm a fit and healthy boy. There's not much, but there still is a little belly fat (and some chest fat).

I've heard jogging really helps with this. I don't have many appliances or anything nearby to work with, so I rather not buy anything and use something I have, like my own two feet."

So, my questions are. When is the right time to jog? And how long should I jog? Does jogging even help? If it helps, how much does it help? Is there a more efficient way than jogging? Perhaps, swimming (I have access to a swimming pool everyday)?

I've been super concerned about my sudden 10lb weight gain for a while now. Now I'm stuffing my face at night with anything I can grab then I just throw it up after a soda. And I get nervous when people see me eat so I wait till later. Now I can't help but do it. When I don't I feel completly stressed and fat. Does anybody know what this is and should I go to the clinic or something? Has anybody been through that before? I don't know what's going on!

i dnt eat after 7 & if i eat something i at a fruit such as an apple or orange, & i play baketball & i run alot during it, but it still doesnt help, & i also only eat lunch and dinner. i dnt want to lose weight anywhere except my thighs and stomach, but mostly on my stomach. is there anyway i could lose that fat besides doing situps and those there stomach excersises?

I jog 45 minutes on the treadmill in the morning before breakfast..then 3 hours after breakfast I run 1-2 more miles. Then in the evening an hour or two after dinner I powerwalk on the treadmill for 45 minutes..is this too much. I powerwalk everyday but the running is 3-4 days a week. im 21, 5"4, female and weigh 100 pounds. I think I get around 1300 calories a day..is this good?

This year I've lost 20kgs/44lb. I wasn't overweight, I just wanted to tone up a bit and get fitter and healthier, which I've done.

Except it seems the more weight I lose the bigger my boobs get. I've gone up 2 cup sizes this year.. I was a C and now I'm a DD and they're still growing! I'm 18.

I thought if you lost weight you're boobs got smaller!

They are really hurting my back and neck. I've been fitted for a bra and stuff.

Is this strange?

after you bring the weights all the way up, do you go half way down to just below your pecs or do you go 3/4 way down to your weist or do you go all the way down, fully extending you arms, making a staright line with them? list you rsource, plz make sure itz credible cuz im tryin toprove somehting

Well im 14 143 pounds in high school so here i go.. monday Threw thursday i wake up nd eat cereal like at 7am...Then during school like at 11pm i go to gym nd play basketball alot.. then like at 1 is when i eat lunch and at lunch i eat Wheat bRead sandwich wit lettuce Tomatos Ham Turkey ( sometimes) nd salami Wit a snapple.. Then after school at 3 i go to the weightroom nd workout my legs abs nd arms chest nd back.. Then i sometimes walk home or get a ride.. When i get home i eat dinner like at 5-6pm Then before 8pm I started to eat heatlhly snacks like Apples, Bananas,Carrots nd oranges with water.. before i used to eat like sweets nd junk food
My questions are
1.) Is this good?
2.) Will this make me stronger nd heathier
3.) Will this make me lose weight?

Nd now for some ppl who think im doin this just to impress girls nope its so i can be in shape nd have abs nd Just be normal nd it was actaully like a bet someone said ill always be fat nd i wanted to prove them wrong
