I think you are doing excellent!!!
You are eating healthy, exercising on a regular basis, and improving your eating habits. I am concerned about the work out, like if you play basketball for an hour or more throughout the week at school.. then that is enough, don't over work out. You might hurt yourself like a muscle or get really bad back pain. *After you finish working out, your body is still burning calories.
Eat alot of vegetables, fruits, beans, and drink milk. Also snacks like nuts, (except) cashews. This will help your diet. Carrots on the other hand are not good for a diet, they are high on sugar. Try broccoli instead.
Keep it up, and yes you will loose weight, especially now that you are young.

YIKES!!!!
Let's start out with breakfast. What cereal? Is it junk with lots of sugar (read the label it will show how much sugar is in it. If it is a double digit number, bad news. Get a healthy cereal. One I like is Organic Flax Plus. What do you put on the cereal, whole milk? That's fine, but whole milk has more fat than low fat does.
Now, lunch...ugh! Salami is a BIG no! High in fat and sodium (salt) and nitrates, all very bad for you. The turkey lunch meat is a little better, but not too much. Lunch meats have high sodium and nitrates. Snapple has high sugar content, drink lots of water, especially if you are an athelete.
Very good snacks! Doing excellent there.
You should do this for one reason; to be healthy. I give you a lot of credit for wanting to improve your eating. Many years from now, when you are old like me, you won't have health problems related to weight.

The exercise will help you lose weight, the food will too you'll get stronger from the workout but dont exercise too much, that is bad for your body and it takes time to loose wieght so if it takes a while, wait and dont eat to much, and instead of eating 3 big meals consider eating 5 small meals a day to keep your blood sugar leveled all day cuz it drops between the big meals

ur weight is not normal. u r over. try to take the following diet.
1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread
7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
8) no sugar of any type.
9) First try to avoid any type of soft drink but if u really wants to taste some thing sweet then drink diet pepsi if u like, but just one glass once in a week.
10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it.
11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast
13) At least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u feel that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.
The best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. Run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

You are doing good, kiddo.
Just keep it up.
Make sure all that food you said - is lean meat or not high fat. Cut out the carbohydrate but not entirely. Otherwise you are eating right and doing exercises.
HIGH MARKS.........!!!!
