i dnt eat after 7 & if i eat something i at a fruit such as an apple or orange, & i play baketball & i run alot during it, but it still doesnt help, & i also only eat lunch and dinner. i dnt want to lose weight anywhere except my thighs and stomach, but mostly on my stomach. is there anyway i could lose that fat besides doing situps and those there stomach excersises?

Crunches. they do WONDERS. You can even do them while watching TV, during church, and during classes, and while laying down.

There is an old rule of dieting. Weight comes off in the reverse order that it went on. Also known as the "first shall be last" rule.

If the first place your extra weight went was your stomach, it is also the last place from which you will lose weight.

Targeted exercise of specific nearby muscle groups will help somewhat, but only somewhat.

Crunches alone will only give you muscles underneath the fat! I worked out so hard for so long until I found this website with separate plans for both men and women:
