soup is less calories, depending on how you make it but sushi has more protein which is needed to build lean body mass and keep you burning calories all through the day and night at a much higher rate then fat. though i would stick to sushi with less rice in it.

Too many differnt soups and sushi out there. Some sushi is healthier than some soups, some soups are healthier than some sushi. For example, some of the "Americanized" sushi include rolls with fried fish or crab with cream cheese.... and then there are soups out there so loaded with sodium, bacon fat, and cheese your arteries start clogging at the mere sight. I suggest eating both, but stick with the healthy ones. My advice, order the sashimi instead (fish without rice) - cant go wrong there.

sushi have lot of calories ( rice ) so drinking soup is much more good to lose wight ,,,, plus sushi is much more expensive than soup

soup is more filling , and has less calories espically if its a vegtable soup exlcuding potatoes or cream based soup
