Tell them that is just the way you are. It is hard to resist the temptation to tell them off, but try. Most people who make insentive comments are not trying to be mean but just don't know any better.

Many of us were skinny at age 14. Don't worry about it. Don't listen to the sad comments people say about you.

I'm older than you and it happens to me too. I'm really skinny also and people would always comment about it, that's why I hide my body by wearing big clothes. I know I shouldn't be affected by what people say but I can't help it, it's hard for me to not hear them and be insecure about it.
I'm actually still trying to cope and shield myself from their comments but all I can say is, just as long as your healthy, you're fine. People who will judge others by their looks are more insecure than you.

I has that same problem in HS. I was fairly tall and super skinny. I shaved my head for state swimming, and needless to say, lots of elderly people thought I was dying of cancer. I just laughed, much to my mom's embarrassment. I eventually bulked up in college, and now look normal. It just takes time. Eat healthy, lift weights and exercise.

Just ignore the comments, I suppose. It's about all you can do. As long as you don't have an eating disorder and your family believes it as well, you'll be fine. It'll just be annoying.
