Are you training for something in particular? Maybe you should consult a trainer to make sure what you are doing fits your goals and needs.

You need to eat enough calories to add up to what you burn, excluding the fact that you are way below your BMI. I would try to pack on some pounds to become healthier. You are dangerously low on body mass (too skinny) and could possibly end up in the hospital if you are not more careful. I assure you that you are no where near fat if that is the reason you are working out so much and eating so little.
HealthAtoZ.com has a BMI calculator with more information on what can happen and what to do. The below information is from their site.
Your BMI: Body Mass Index is 17.2 from the height and weight you have supplied. You need at least a 18.5 to be considered healthy. A low BMI can lead to weakened immune system, fragile bones, and many other serious medical issues.

I do the same thing. Excet I hit it all at once, I run 5-7 miles a day and people tell me it's too much. I eat 1200 calories a day. I would cut it down to exercising every other day. My joints are becoming screwed up. You really don't need to exercise a lot though because you already weigh very little. Your fine the way you are, but whatever it's your world.
Good luck!

I'd say it's more than enough. As long as you don't experience any symptoms of overtraining, you can keep this routine although I would advise you to take in more calories. But if you start getting shin splints, tendinitis, start to feel tired all the time, Take a break and ease up a bit. Your body will tell you if you're doing too much or not. Listen to it.

Everyone is different ask your doctor. Each one of us is different and some of us wish to have the energy you have.
100 pounds might be too little but I am a 25 yold female 4'11" and weight, and I have a problem that I can't gain weight but the doctor says I am just perfect for my height.

You're working out too much IF you are burning way more calories than you are taking in and you are losing too much weight.
Your BMI is 17.2 which is kind of underweight. You might want to just eat more calories...you can afford it. Take in some pastas and eat more baked potatos.

I think that you are working out too much. You could just do one of the exercises you mention a day and that should be enough.
Good fortune :)

You're risking bone, joint and ligament damage when you get a little older. Try to relax and gain some weight.
