It is good for you to have a handful of nuts a day like sunflower seeds, pecans, or almonds. I would have only the seedless, unsalted sunflower seeds.

Sunflower seeds are good for you, but like a lot of things that are good for you they should only be eaten in moderation.
They're high in vitamins, minerals and chock full of fat. Good thing it's the heart healthy kind, but that still means calories.
Eat no more than a handful a day and try the unsalted ones instead of the salted variety. That much sodium isn't good for anybody.

No you should not drop eating seeds nor nuts while on diet because they contain good and healthy fat, aside from all the beneficial nutrients. I would suggest you eating them in moderation, 1/4 cup or a handful of them - either every day or a few times a week. You will not gain weight if you eat everything in moderation especially when something is healthy. So don't worry about snacking on them - they're very good for your health.

sunflower seeds are all natural. human are designed to consume all natural foods that are grown in the soil, not foods that are man-made in giant factories. all natural foods are always good for the health, only foods that you allergic too would be unhealthy. if you are not allergic to a food then only the serving size becomes the question. sunflower seeds (all seeds) are high in fat but they are healthy unsaturated fats. nuts and seeds which are both high in fats are nothing except healthy when consumed in moderation.

I don't know how it taste like but I guessed it isn't good as snacks to my stomach. It is not unhealthy but I don't recommend you to continue eating it. Peanuts is better because it is rich in protein and good enough for weight lose.

I don't think they're very healthy for you because of all the salt in them and they're fatty. Even though they come from sunflower seeds, I woulden't say they're very healthy.
