There is no magic to losing weight. Pills didn't make you fat and they won't make you skinny. This is true of health bars and the such. Here is the best way: eat sensibly and balanced, exercise, get up from the table hungry, no soft drinks, and only one starch per meal. You will lose about 2 to 3 pounds per month--a reasonable goal.

Did you read the labels on those things you just bought?

Let's start with the bars; sugar and fat content?

Soups; sodium (salt) and fat content?

These are important questions and reading labels is essential to losing weight and eating healthy.

Some bars have as much sugar as a candy bar. Some soups have more sodium than chips. Not good.

the only thing you should drink is cod water. Your body uses all of the water or gets rid of it meaning there is nothing in it that will stick to you. The cold part burns calories because the only way your body can use the water is when it is warm. So your body has to warm it up with energy.
