It will take a little time and a lot of dedication, but anyone can get a flat stomach.

Since spot training is impossible, you have to rid your stomach of fat by decreasing your overall body fat. The best way to do this is by doing an exercise routine with 4 days cardio and 3 days full body strength training.

You also need to start consuming at least .8grams of protein per pound of bodyweight so you can maintain/build your lean muscle mass while you lose body fat. And you need to start a diet of about 13 times your body weight in calories a day (150lbs = 1950cal/day)

It sounds to me you just need toning. Pilates work wonderfully for that kind of thing but you should know there are certain exercises you should only do every other day. So vary up what you do. Sit ups should be done every other day so on the days you don't do those (abs muscles need a day to recover so not just sit ups, ab work outs every other day) do some shoulder toning or glute (butt) toning) Good luck! Also running is great! Don't be alarmed if you gain weight muscle weighs more than fat (you certainly don't need to lose weight) it does not mean you're getting fatter. If you get too worried check your body fat percentage not your weight.

alright the best thing to do is any excersizes that get your heart pumping really good where you can feel it beating by just standing there and getting sweaty is a good way for you to know that your getting a good work out! you can acheave this even just by doing like 20 jumping jacks then walking for about 35 minutes and a fast pace and that will do it! But do it for about 30 to 45 minutes a day! In about a month or 3 weeks you will be feeling the difference and its really that easy and you will have more energy too!

How old are you? I think it is called middle age for a good reason as we get older our middles grow. The only good way to keep it flat is to exercise your abdominal muscles to keep it toned and cut out fatty snacks.

Ever hear the expression "A moment on my lips a lifetime on my hips"? That will apply to snacking without making healthy eating choices. Don't drink beer either...There is a reason they call it a beer gut!

I've heard the best two things are stop eating white bread and don't eat after 7 p.m. are better than 500 sit ups.

you dont want to eat too much protein, because protein usually comes with fat and that is the opposite of what you're trying to do

you want to just get a healthy diet and run and do total body workouts

start a diet of fruit, veggies, lean meats, etc. nothing fatty
