hi i wanna lose weight before the new year im 185 pounds and 5'9 ,can sumone help me wit like a training programmr or someting ,i want help badly plz!!!!!!!!

Monday-chest & arms. Tuesday-waist workout Wednesday-back & shoulders thursday-waist workout Friday-legs.
on Tuesday & Thursday do cardio too. Get that heart rate up. Use weights heavy enough that doing 15 reps is almost too much to do. Do two sets of 15 on each exercise. Eat lots of high protein low fat foods. Get a copy of Muscle & Fitness magazine for some good exercises for each body part. Hang in there and don't give up. You can do it.
