Hey,

I'm looking to put on around a stone being a nine stone (exactly) 17 year old.

I'd say I eat the average amount most teenagers do, and the probably the same amount of crap (junk food.) However, all my friends seem to me much more robust than me.

No matter how much I eat I can't seem to shift of that nine stone mark on the scales.

Am I eating the wrong foods? I run twice a week - should I take that out of my regime?

cause im trying to loose weight and lets face it the sunflower seeds were pretty bad but I plan on walking a mile today and eating a nutrigrane bar and maybe some corn later is that okay? or is that too fattening?

I am about 5'5", thin-average body, I have big boobs and no booty... seriously flat! I think it makes me look disporpotionate. Some people tell me that squats and lunges will make my butt look bigger if the butt muscles are bigger... and some people tell me that will only make it smaller. When I gain weight, I gain in my stomach... not my butt. Any ideas on what I can do... seriously... I'm considering shelling out $10,000 on Brazillian butt implants. Any nonsurgical ways to give me a more round, porportionate bottom?

They ask for my weight and age, 17years and 56kgs respectively...

It said after a 20 min workout out at 77-80rpm I burnt 250 cals..

although if I count my weights and what my cal counter said it says a total of 300 cals, 140cals for 45 mins weights..
plus 160 cals for 20 mins on eliptcal.
is the eliptical acurate? Am i infact burning more?

I ask this because i herd that it can cause osteoprothies, i drink a least 20 oz a day. i drink skim milk (fat free).

I was not always fat. In 5th grade i started getting made fun of so i went home and i pretty much ate my sorrows away. I am 5' 8. I really want to loose weight to gain more confedence in myself. But the problem is i am so hungry all the time! I will eat like 5 pieces of pizza and in an hour i will be starving again! I dont want to do weight watchers because i dont have time to make a lunch every morning and go to the stupid meetings! I dont have P.E. or weights this year so i get like no exersize at all! I have a member ship to a Gym but im not old enought to go in by myself. I dont want to go exersize with my MOTHER! So please help me! i need some tips to stop eating so much and to stop eating all the time! I weight like 230! I want at least get down to 180! HELP!

i have been drinking the small, 8 to 10oz bottles of v8 spicy hot in place of what would have been a 12 oz soda pop. but i read the bottle and it says the product has about a third of all the salt your allowed for the whole day and it has 11 grams of sugar. as a prediabetic i have been ordered to cut all the simple sugars and refined rice and flour. so im wondering if these 11 grams of sugar in this product are too much if i drink 3 per day.

my stomach growls CRAZY loud every day before lunch (im talking "i just ate a demon and its trying to escape" loud) and, of course being that im a lucky person, my class before lunch is the most quiet one i have and i have the loudest stomach. it's also really cold here so i know my food burns up faster.

so, i want to know what kind of food i can eat in the morning that burns slow so i can to shut it up. currently, i eat TWO whole wheat sandwiches with peanut butter or some type of spread and have some milk. i also don't have too much time to eat in the morning (10 minutes). id rather not eat at school in between classes becuase then i feel like a cow lol.

im guessing oatmeal is my best bet so far.....any help is appreciated TY!

I was wondering if you drank nothing but lets say 1 liter of water a day for 1 week, how would it effect your body? Would your metabolism get screwed up? I've heard that people have had nothing but water for as long as 2 months. The average person woud lose about 4 pounds, a lot more if you're overweight or active. Health experts needed!

do u thing the biggest loser is unfair, i do , people loose eway more pounds than another person but at the weigh in it is all about the body % you lost , you have to work harder to loose more weight, if somebody is just a little thinner and loose less weight than another person they will have a bigger body% loss, that is what happened witht he elimination of Nell from the blue team last week, he lost 10 pounds which was more than anyopne elses in that week and he was below the yellow line because he was a little bigger than anyone else, it doesnt seem fair that he had to work hard to loose 10 pounds and get sent home while everyone just lost 9 or 5 pounds but stayed above the line. Who agrees that they should judge by the weight loss and not the body % loss.

i am starting to lose interest in what i do and i like to keep fit alot and i go to the gym everyday but im starting to have different thoughts about it as my friends think am odd for going to the gym and keeping fit just because i want a good body and they dont as they would all rather drink and smoke rather that keep fit. so what keeps you going to the gym and keeping fit i want to know as some inspiration for me to work hard once again.
