Just keep exercising and you'll be fine. Sit-ups wouldn't be a bad idea. It's all about discipline.

Skating burns 980 calories an hour and it is a all over fat buster so will will slim and tone all over. Climbing sand dunes will trim you up all over as well as strengthen your heart. I love the Yoga Booty Ballet and my Winsor Pilates. Thy fixed my body back the way it was before my four children. HooRay!!

Keep to a good healthy food plan. Cardio classes at gym can do wonders. Try checking out a gym. They can give you lots of help & advice.

Try pilates and drink lots of water and stay away from too many carbs. Pilates work great for the stomach.

cut back on the carbs, don't eat late at night, and start doing your sit-ups - drink lots of water. Don't skip meals - it won't help.
Using weights will also increase how quickly you burn the extra fat in your body.......

Simple maths here, burn more fuel then you put in your body and you will loose weight.
