Sure you can i did at your age now 43 and i am a bodybuilder for 15 yrs now.

Just start off light and then put the weight on every week as you go. And you can start drinking American whey protein 2 times a day for muscles mass.

I don't see why not. It's a healthjy activity at any age. I'm 36 and spend way more time in the weight room than the aerobics room.

that's how old I was when I started, I've lost it and re-gaind it since then but I def. got bigger and stronger when I was that age.

after a semister in the Athletic Weights class at my hs I made it onto the record board over seniors when I was a junior by deadlifting 400lbs. 3x

go see your weights coach and get started!
