I want to keep my self fit but my shoulder isnt 100%.Not agony but its tender i keep rubbing cream on it.What are the best exrciese/ routines i can do in the meantime?Thanks

You should have your doctor give you a referral for physical therapy. At physical therapy they can help you learn how to exercise without causing further injury to your shoulder and can also help you learn how to strengthen it and handle pain with exercise. Best wishes.

Tender shoulder is an extremely general statement. Any advice given may be harmful to the recovery of the shoulder. Except to seek medical advice.

First Get your Shoulder OK. With The thumb stretched out run your hand from the bottom of your spine towards the neck, You will Find it hard at first but it will help your shoulder and then you can resume regular Excercise
