ok, so here is my question. ..
i eat (usually) 800 calories a day. some days i go over to maybe 1100 calories (like twice a week).
i am 5 feet 2 inches tall. female, came down from 187 to 135 lbs. since last june...
no one knows this. not even my husband. ...
i eat all day long. 3 meals and 2 snacks. just limit my calorie intake.
i exercises too. it's starting to get intense. i do yoga, kick boxing, running, and go to the gym.
i don't want to increase my calories because it has giving me results.
but when ever i am asked what i am eating ... i always tell them that i am on an 1800 cal a day to avoid questions.
sometimes i feel dizzy, i'm glad that no one has noticed. i just stand still and smile it out. i'm cold too.
but my doc told me i was in great shape. i get compliments from everyone.
i'm smart... but somehow i worry that there might be a problem. sometimes it's hard to see the forest from the trees. do i have a problem? help.

I've been eating healty, having a balacned diet and excersising alot.
But I've used many calorie calulators to find out how many calories I need and I've cut it so that to give me a 4 pound weight loss a week.
Im feeling fine and just as happy, and energetic as before.
I'm on my 3rd week now it ends sunday. I've lost 6 pounds so far. But I should of lost about 10 by now I've strictly followed my calroies and kept my metalbolism going 4-6 meals a day and I drink a glass of milk before bed.

I've been doing alot of walking and running about. Also i've been doing 15-30mins cardio workout . Also I've been doing crucnhes, press-ups and weight lifting.
Is it possible that 4 pounds could of turned into muscle on my body.
Thanks in advance
Johnny

Ok I'm 5'3" 105 lbs 20 yrs old. I have lost almost 40 lbs since February. I workout in the morings (with Denise Austin- low impact). I consider this my wake up routine. In the afternoons I workout M,W,F cardio and T, Th strenght for about 30 min. I do cardio on Sat morning and rest on Sunday. I do get very upset if I have to skip a workout. Do you think this is excessive. I have not had my period since September of this year and am not pregnant. I eat around 1700 calories a day but during Feb-April was very sick and did not eat much (gall bladder removed) and the I restricted my calories a lot through the summer but have been eating what I think is enough and healthy for a while now. Do you think I am still not eating enough and exercising to much so this is why I am not having a period?? I also quit taking Birth control pills in September so that could cause a delay as well I guess! I'm just so CONFUSED!

9 months ago I could walk 5-10 miles a day without breaking a sweat or feeling the least bit tired since then I've been living a pretty inactive life 90% of my day is spent either asleep or sitting down all day (no walking or real excerise at all). Just recently I tried to walk a mile to the store and after about 1-2 block my lower back and legs start hurting to the point where iI would have literally collapsed if i didnt find a place to sit down and rest. I had to sit down at EVERY corner to rest on the way to the store (along with the back and leg pain was also be being out of breath easily) now walking 2-3 blocks or even standing up for 30-60mins is a challenge for me. My question is am I stuck like this forever and should seek medical help or is this just from being inactive for 9 months and if i push my body to walk 2-3 blcoks daily (enduring the pain for a while) it will eventually get back to the shape it was (or at least close to it) 9 months ago? Oh and Im 24 years old btw.

Okay so i started a diet a couple days ago because i am like 40 lbs over weight...so yesterday i had a grilled chicken salad for lunch, a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and for dinner since my mom didn't cook i had a chicken deli sandwhich with a little bit of mustard....But last night about 2:45 am i woke up to go to the restroom and went in the kitchen to get a swig of water and I almost fainted! i got really light headed and i instantly felt like i was on fire! why would i start feeling like this? is it because my body is use to junk and now that i'm eatting healthy it's not responding well? or is it that i was dehydrated! i ate a piece of the deli chicken and felt a little better and was able to go back to sleep....

Any suggestion on what would of caused this? it lasted for maybe 10 mins! i started sweating and literally felt like i was on fire!

Everyone tells me not to eat egg yolks because of cholesterol. So, what should I do with them. Seems like a waste to throw them away.

I don’t eat breakfast and sometimes I’m hungry enough that I could. I just don’t know what to eat that would be good for you and healthy. I’ve become very health obsessed and look at calories and all that stuff a lot now. Yesterday I ate 12 grain whole wheat toast and butter but I don’t think that’s that healthy. Anyone want to help and tell me what’s a good, filling, healthy breakfast? Please and thank you :]

I'm addicted to food and by that I mean capsicum; I eat a least one raw chilli a day and can comfortably eat bird's eye chillis and scotch bonnet chillis raw. I add chilli to nearly everything.

I never so much as get the slightest upset from spicy food; rather I enjoy the benefits they bring: faster metabolism, clearer skin, lower cholestoral . . . chillis are such a good pain relief if I actually eat chilli to relieve pain rather than taking tablets.

I've read so many answers on this site regarding spicy food that say 'only in moderation' and 'they give you heartburn, ulcers and cancer'. It's all rubbish; eat as much spicy food as you like and enjoy the health benefits. It's only the minority cursed with poor digestive systems that can't make use of these amazing food.
